1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized furniture.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear by the customer.

2. Refunds
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- Components or parts are missing.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
