1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized furniture.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear by the customer.

2. Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • Components or parts are missing.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
